Found a source for Cybook Gen3/Netronix EB-100 batteries!

They cost $11 - if I buy in quantities of 200 or more. That includes their cost for shipping to me. So if anyone wants one, let me know... I figure $4.95 will cover shipping just about anywhere... PM or email me if you're interested.

P.S. It's HECELL, the manufacturer of the battery already used in the Cybook and EB-100. I don't know if this will work in a STAReBOOK, Orsio, Ganaxa or Explay, but it works just fine in both the former devices. It turns out there's a hefty minimum order quantity for the best price. Too much for someone to order "in bulk".
