Generated TOC at beginning of PDF via command line
Is it possible to put the generated TOC at the beginning of a PDF instead of at the end?
From what I understood by browsing through the forum and docs, it can't be done. But maybe there's some new option and/or alternative way. I'm specifically interested in doing it via ebook-convert. |

You could try converting to EPUB in order to get it looking the way you want, then convert to PDF/print to PDF.
