My Collections on Aura H2O from Calibre

Back when it was "My Shelves" on Glo and HD I used to be able to put books in those shelves automatically when sent from Calibre. I would just enter name of my new shelf under "Series" in books metadata and when book was sent to device it would automatically create shelf with that name. It was extremely convenient as an easy way to organize your books in shelves and not deal with it on device itself. Now on H2O "My Shelves" changed to "My Collections" and no matter what I do in Calibre doesn't create Collections on the device. I tried "Series", tried "My Shelves" but couldn't make it so it would create Collections on my device. Anyone who knows Calibre well would advice me on that?

You might want to check the Quick Guide to Shelf Management with calibre 0.9.1 & above (Touch / Glo / Mini /Aura) sticky.

This is somewhat complicated process so I would have somebody to write the exact steps here (or wiki). I just got it to work but I am not confident it will succeed next time.

Basically:
in preferences:
add own column Collections, lookup name collections
plugins - KoboTouchExtended: The Kobo from firmware....: type #collections
(I have selected create bookshelves, I do not know if this does anything)

This setup SHOULD push handmade column "Collections" to Kobo collections.
