ONYX T68ML (German edition) Howto restart device?

Hi all,

Some time ago I bought this device (with Android 4.0 OS). Since yesterday I can only see one damaged image. No navigtion/reading is possible.

I seeking for a combination of buttons to restart this device, because i have same problems with my android handy.

They say in the manual "Press the power button for 8-10 seconds to reset
your device , then press it quickly to restart ".
Perhaps, try also to recharge it (it's a really obvious answer but who knows ^^)
If it doesn't work, contact your reseller.

I'm afraid that looks awfully like a broken screen to me.

I had the same issue once: the device was just dead no matter what I would try to do.
Not even the reseting via the small hole near the off button worked.

What worked was leaving it to charge until it "melted" away from the frozen state.
