The three "kids" are being let go this season

I like Mythbusters, although I don't catch it regularly. That's too bad. I always thought they had the "kids" so the two main guys could focus on one big myth....wonder if their viewer scores are dropping and they're cutting budget.

There's only so many myths to debunk as well. I think the show has run a good course. I enjoyed the episodes I watched.

Jamie and Adam even had a guest spot on an episode of CSI. They only appear in the lab for a brief moment (they wave at some of the main characters through the glass wall).

That's disappointing! I liked their interactions too. I wonder what the "new direction" is and why the network is being secret about it.

I think maybe HomeInMyShoes has it right myself. There are only so many myths/urban legends and they have probably done shows on a lot of them by now.
