new version Django doc recipe

Hi,

here is new version of my recipe for django documentation ( see https://www.mobileread.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=243863)

Now internal link works, so it is more useful.
Hope it is useful for someone.

Still needs improvements:
- size is now 4M against previous 2 , but I do not know whi.
- may be there is a simple/better way to do
- lot of optimizations, but documentation do not change often, so I do not care.
