Update problem to 1.47/1.48

Hello all

I suddenly have some problems with calibre updates.
My version is 1.46 (?).
Last week, I wanted to update to 1.47, but all I got when trying to update was a screen asking me to repair/change/remove. Never seen a screen like this in calibre. Ok, so I've been waiting for 1.48.
Now it seems to install, but when I restart, I still see "calibre 1.46*" in the lower left corner, and the blue message saying version 1.48 is available.

What's going on, and what can I do ?

You are running from source, unset the CALIBRE_DEVELOP_FROM environment variable

Or checkout the latest git source.
