Q: 'Saved Searches' on Toolbar?

Learning to use Saved Searches, and I wanted to add it to the 'Book Wide Tools' toolbar.

But I either a) don't recognize the name, or b) it is not there

If a), could someone point it out to me please, or

If b), Kovid could you add it to the customizations to add please?
