User manual issue and Audio settings

Hi...
I've downloaded T68's user manual from here:

but can't find Volume controls.
Or, better: at page number 32 there is a screenshot that i can't find on my T68 ( in "Settings" page they say to tap the high-right icons to obtain that settings page but no luck, here.
Can someone please point towards the right way?
