Help me. Kobo frozen screen

Last night, i used my kobo to read normally. But this morning, my kobo glo hasn't worked and the screen is frozen in the last page.

I tried to wake up its but the power light is only blue not green. Its last about 10s. I used paper clip to soft reset but no result.
Please help me! Thanks

Are there any artifacts or irregularities on the display that might suggest a broken screen?

For a factory reset: you will need to charge it fully first (a couple hours or overnight), preferably from a wall charger. If it doesn't appear to charge, try a different cable.

After that, if it's still frozen, you need to hold the power button for 20s to turn it OFF (regardless of what you see on the screen), then hold the light button down while switching it on.
