Change for 32 bit to 64 bit

If I change from the 32 bit Calibre to the 64 bit can I safely delete the 32 bit from my computer? Do I need to save my libraries to a different location to delete the 32 bit? When changing will all setting be the same?

If I keep both can I work on two separate libraries at one time?

You can uninstall it as a separate item via the control panel once you are 'happy' with the 64 bit installation

No, don't change your library or your settings locations, the 64 bit install will use them just as they are

No
See in situ answers

Important: If you have associated any file types eg EPUB, with the 32bit version calibre viewer (ebook-viewer) then change those associations to the 64bit version before you uninstall the 32 bit version
