aside tag support

When I try using aside footnotes I can see them at the bottom of my page at calibre 'Book View'.

Does Calibre support aside tags for footnotes? If so, how can I style them?

calibre has no special handling for aside.

During my developing short period passion I created a Javascript file to show asides as they are shown in iBooks 3. Though, when I was reading some material online I found out that the EPUB specs barely even mentions embedding javascript files and that's why I stopped about 2/3 of the way.

So, if that might be helpful for you I can finish that work...

At some point I intend to add support for displaying footnotes as popups, at which time, I can easily add support for asides as well.
