Calibre Doesn't recognise my device

This is the debug printout as suggested in Kovidgoyal's post of 1/26/2011. My device - Samsung Galaxy Tab3 was plugged into my computer at the time and recognisable.

Your computer doesn't see any device connected. Figure out how to see your device in Windows Explorer, either as a USB connected drive or as a media (MTP) device. Until your computer reports the device as connected calibre has no chance of connecting.

Make sure your device is in media transfer mode, according to that debug output windows does not see your device.
