How to keep record or where Isent a calibre book?

I use connect/share email to ... but after I close Calibre I have no reecord of when or where the book was sent.
And there is no way to put a name with the kindle e-mail under connect/share.
Any fixes?
And, please, am I asking these question on the correct forum?

When I use this feature I have a copy of the email with the attached book in my Gmail Sent Mail folder.
