Clearing my library
Is there any easy way to delete everything from my library. I usually delete the folder, scan for missing files, delete missing files. This takes a while.
Is there a faster way to do this? Thanks. |

IIRC, Chaley told me this was the quickest way. I have about 800 books and it only took a few minutes. I used ES file explorer to delete.

The fastest way is to go to the android apps settings, then CC, then clear data. Next, delete the CC folder then restart CC. The problem with this approach is that it deletes all CC's settings along with the books.
Deleting CC's folder and then scanning for missing books is the next best approach. It preserves all the settings. Connecting as a wireless device then asking calibre to delete the books also works, but this way is the slowest. |
