What is there to convert blog posts with comments to epub?
I usually use http://web2fb2.net but it's been down for several days now. I've tried a few Chrome and Firefox extensions, plus a few online options, but none of them convert the comments, they just include the main blog post and that's it. I also tried saving the html and opening it in Sigil but it just moans about bad formatting, even with the clean options switched on.
