Feature Request - Manually Rearrange Collections List

I would like the ability to manually rearrange the collections list. I want to place Author, Author Sort, Subject and Series above the custom collections. I use these four collections, along with All My Books, much more than the custom ones, and find it frustrating to always have to go the extra step of tapping the icon for the bottom of the list.
