Recipe for Arguments and Facts broken?

Hello,

I have been trying to download the Arguments and Facts Russian newspaper for my girlfriend who is Russian. Some time ago, I tried downloading it and it produced a huge file.

Lately, however, all we are getting are the headlines and the articles do not display at all, or we get a lot of garbled characters. Can anyone help with this? It would be enormously appreciated.
