Calibre interface
How to make fonts of calibre's interface like in others applications in gnome 3? If I understand right, calibre uses qt, so maybe I have to install some of the specific qt packages, or to modify some config file for fixing or changing fonts of calibre's interface?

If you mean the calibre library window, try Preferences - Look&Feel - Interface font
