Unable to move files to proper location

Due to my own stupidity I managed to move text files in the "images" section of the e-book I was working on. No big deal, however I could not move them back. The only option was to export the files, delete them inside the e-book and then reimport them to restore to the text section. Is there an easier manner possible? For instance drag & drop?

In the few cases I have needed to I have found that drag and dropping (in the files browser) has worked. I do seem to recall that there are limitations according to the file type suffix, for example, an .xml in Miscellaneous will not drag into the Text area, but changing the suffix to .html, say, enables dragging.

The file browser simply display files in categories based on the mimetype declared for them in the OPF. If you edit the OPF to change the mimetype then next time the files browser is refreshed they should move into text automatically.

One way to force the files browser to refresh is to run check book, it will complain that the files extension does not match its mime type, tell it to fix that by changing the mimetype and the files browser will be referesh after the fix is done.

I remember trying this in another situation (auto fix), but it did not work then. However, I'm now prepared for the future. Basically: I should avoid stupid moves Thanks!
