how do I change background to sepia

Just downloaded it to read some PDF files. Converted them to epub so I could use a sepia color bc I find it easier on the eyes. It's probably staring me right in the face, but how do I do this?

I see you can pick a bunch of different colors, but I dont see "sepia" as a choice!
You have to choose from a pallet, and I'm just not good at that.

thanks.

@LMA - pleasure

For me it's faster to use graphical responses than it is to formulate and type unambiguous, logically coherent sentences that scan consistently and conform to my ancient notions of grammatical correctness, which some folks find difficult to comprehend anyway; moreover I have to remember to remove all the sloshes and hats
