xhtml->epub/mobi/azw auto-embedding of all js/css/etc?
I have some html+mathjax documents. as is common, the html document just points to the external mathjax .js file. but when I use calibre for conversion to epub, the math rendering disappears. so I need/want to include mathjax in the epub itself. I know it is a pain, because this can be multi-megabytes long. eventually, I need to create a mathjax slim.
I looked for a preference in calibre that asks it to include copies of all external (js and css) resources into epub2 files (for ibooks and eventually iOS and android kindles), but couldn't find it. is this possible? regards, /iaw |

calibre automatically includes all linked css when you convert html, since JS is not allowed in any ebook format (except epub 3 which calibre does not support) JS is discarded.
