how to deliver books downloaded from other website to kindle cloud reader?

I just want to read one book on other platforms (online and offline) and sync progress of reading. I have PC (windows), ipad (ios7), cell phone samsung (android 2.3). I tried to use kindle cloud reader, but I couldn't deliver books to kindle for PC and cloud reader. I was able to deliver only to ipad and cell phone. Books were from other website, not from amazon.
maybe you can help me with kindle or you can say me some other services for reading in cloud
I hope you understand me

Maybe using the Google Play Books cloud would be a solution for you?
