Can you share 2 different libraries at the same time?

I have two different libraries, one with my books and one with my kids' books. Can I have the content server share both of the libraries at the same time. Could I use a different port number to separate them, perhaps?

Thanks!

Two individual copies of the content server can run at the same time accessing two different libraries, each instance running on a different port. This thread has examples.
