Cool Wallpaper woes...
I just got a Dragon Touch 7'' Y88 for Christmas. It has 4.1 Jelly Bean and I'm totally an Android newbie. I've been trying to replace the standard background wallpaper but can't seem to get my Jpeg file sized properly to fit. Is this a correct forum to ask assistance on how to do this? If so, HELP!

I use a free app, HD Backgrounds I think it's called.

I have two different ones and both are called Backgrounds HD. Both are free. Both have lots of pictures to choose from.

Ah ha...I don't want to use already-made wallpaper I want to make and size and crop my own. Just can't come up with the right size to make 'em, or the right tool to install 'em.
