KUAL is wonderful , and i want to find a full introduction and guide to develop extension?

Extension as in a button? There's two metadata files you need to fill in and a run script.
Extension as in a complete app? You can try X11, waf/mesquite, pillow, einkfb, gtk with X11.

As a side note: Feel free to try athena widgets, those might look nice on a b/w screen
