How to Select All the text in a Mobi document?
In most text documents (docx, doc, rtf, txt, etc) you just use the End button and some combination of Control and Shift and you are at the bottom of the document with all text highlighted so you can copy it. I can't see how to do it in Mobi. Is it impossible?

Sounds like a feature for an editor not a reader. Text selection in readers is normally only for a small part or single word, for use in a dictionary or for extraction as a note/annotation. How would you use it?

I tried Calibre and it worked very well going from Mobi to RTF which can be read by my Kobo ereader. I don't see a single error yet. Wonderful.
