I just tried to use my goodreads app on my Fire HD 2012, and OMG it was updated to that awful, limited Amazon integrated one. Luckily I had a backup of the apk, and I was able to re-install it. Now my question is, is there any way to prevent an automatic update in the future? I want to keep my version until Amazon adds our personal shelves back.
