Suggestion
I have created a few virtual libraries for friends and family, and have created a custom field to store whose books are in which library, etc.
I quite often email these books, but I have to do it 1 by 1. It would be useful if Calibre had "dist lists", maybe linked to virtual libraries (or some other mechanism) that allowed me to send a book to a few people at the same time. For example, say I have Book A in virtual libraries Mum, Gran and Sister. It would be nice to have some way to email the book to my mum, gran and sister, with 1 click. |

Select the books, and then use "Save to disk into single directory". Start your e-mail program, and then put all the saved books into the attachment, and you're done

One of the options is "email to selected recipients". You can chose multiple people then send it. Not one-click, but still pretty fast.
The save, then email thing would take longer.... ![]() You could also create a special email address to send to, which will forward everything to multiple emails, and then use a one-click calibre send to calibre.family.mailing.list@gmail.com or some such. |

You can enter as many email addresses as you want in the address field, separated by a comma. So in preferences->sharing by email do
me@x.com, mommy@y.com, granny@z.com Give it an alias so you can recognize it easily and there you go. |
