Feature request: E-book Viewer TOC doesn't show where you are

Hello,

I've been using the E-Book Viewer to read manuals where you would jump around between sections.

It would be useful if, when opening the Table of Contents, the current spot where you are reading was somehow highlighted in the TOC.

It is highlighted in the ToC, the ToC entry corresponding to your current location is bold (there may be more than one such bold entry)

Look close at TOC item II, is that the section you are in?

Judging by that screenshot, ou are running a very old version of calibre. Update. This is what the ToC looks like in modern calibre.
