Default Output Format

Hi,

Does anyone know of a way to change the Default for the Output Format when converting a book. For me whenever I convert a book it is on MOBI (and I am always forgetting to change this to AZW3)

I thought it might be the following setting in tweaks

default_tweak_format = 'AZW3'

But this has made no difference.

Can anyone help?
