I've made a mess. Conflicted copies of the metatdata.db file

So, I have my library stored on Dropbox, and normally I am very careful about making sure that I only have one copy running across all my machines. However, last week I went and screwed it all up. I now have multiple copies of the metadata file. The file list in Dropbox now looks like this:

metadata (Illyrie-PC's conflicted copy 2013-10-30).db
metadata (Illyrie-PC's conflicted copy 2013-10-31).db
metadata (Illyrie-HP conflicted copy 2013-10-30).db
metadata (Illyrie-Work conflicted copy 2013-10-31).db
metadata (Illyrie-HP conflicted copy 2013-11-03).db
metadata (Illyrie-PC's conflicted copy 2013-11-02).db

metadata_db_prefs_backup (Illyrie-HP conflicted copy 2013-10-30).json
metadata_db_prefs_backup.json

What should I do to get back to one database?

Pick one then use the check library feature in calibre to try to recover. It will detect most problems in synchronization between metadata,db and the actual files in your library.
