Hello from Brad

I figured I would post a quick intro. My name is Brad, about 9 months ago I bought a Palm Zire 71 and only now do I really feel like I'm really just beginning to understand the potential of a PDA. I am glad I found Mobileread, so I can learn even more uses for these devices.

I am a Mac OS X computer user so that pretty much locks me into the Palm OS handheld world.

One of my main interests in handhelds is as an ebook reader, both for myself and as a means to popularize ebooks with the public.

You can also find good stuff at <http://www.fictionwise.com>
For Text files from the Guttenberg project, I like to use iSilo <http://www.isilo.com>. The latest version lets you read text-files straight from the SD memory card without dealing with conversions.
