Edit Metadata Dialog for Comments Icons Missing Calibre 1.9

Hello Kovid,
ther seems to be a problem with icons in the Edit Metadata Dialog for Comments. The Icons are not visible.
OS Windows Vista 64 Ultimate
Calibre 1.9

A stupid typo. I will upload fixed builds in about an hour.

I am getting an error when downloading 1.9.0, have tried 3 times:

xyz@xxx:~$ sudo python -c "import sys; py3 = sys.version_info[0] > 2; u = __import__('urllib.request' if py3 else 'urllib', fromlist=1); exec(u.urlopen('http://status.calibre-ebook.com/linux_installer').read()); main(install_dir='/opt')"

Just tried again, and it downloaded and installed without any problems

That's because it was in the middle of uploading the fixed build. Try it now and you should be fine.

Kovid - Now if I make a mistake with image contents and/or names I can hit cancel and correct the mistake before committing the Insert Link - thus avoiding the caching confusion.

As my granny would have said - 'its the little things that count' - Kaizen, Deming and all that.
