Need help and/or info on ereader.com

If I am in the wrong forum, let me apologise.

I am having problems with ereader.com and fictionwise.com. I have been registered at ereader.com for some time and purchased several books. Everything was fine. I then tried to register at fictionwise.com and was told there was a conflict. Since ereader.com and fictionwise.com are now the same company, I tried to contact fictionwise support and explain the problem. I got a trouble ticket and no answer. Now I get the same conflict report from ereader.com. Ticket numbers and no response. I requested a password reset and was told an email with the information had been sent - no email.

Does anyone know how I can contact these folks around the automated support system? Somehow either their email or mine is not working. The wonders of modern technology.

Many thanks,
Charlie

Welcome to MobileRead, crutledge.

You're in the right forum, no worries there. Unfortunately, I don't know the answer to your question, but I'm sure one of the other members will. :niceL

Try asking on the "Fictionwise" Yahoo group. There are lots of very helpful people there, and the Fictionwise people themselves are regular participants.
