after shutdown M92 forgets SD card e-books

Dear users/experts,
I notice that after installing the last July 2013 update to Boox M92, the machine after the shutdown following timeout (as set in Power Management) seems to "forget" the content of my SD card (some 50 ebooks). In fact, File Explorer incredibly shows an empty card (it does not even see the MyBooks folder). The only way to let Boox remember the content of the card again is to do a manual shutdown (which sometimes I had to repeat). In a few occasions I had to even unplug and replug the SD card.
Is that odd behaviour a known one by the community (perhaps due to some sw features to be better implemented), or is it rather due to MY hw malfunctioning? I also recently posted that another 6-month-old 32GB SD card connected to Boox eventually got sector errors and I had to replace it.
Thanks in advance for the reading and possibile support

Have you try to contact the seller ? It could be a case of warranty.

Dear Randy, thanks for the answer and the encouragement!
Yes, I contacted EREADER-STORE.EU on the first days of the year, but perhaps there were a lack of proper communication then.
I just e-mailed it again and do hope they are eventually able to solve my problem.
I will let you know about.
Thanks again

Have you tried using a different SD card? A problem specific to the card seems quite likely.

Of course I tried. Last year an expensive class10, 32 GB Verbatim SDHC has been destroyed (RW error impossible to fix with reformat) by the device after few months use with the problem I have been writing about above.
Now I tried a quite new TDK card, but the problem remains. Yesterday night I had to shutdown and turn on three times my M92 in order to "see" the content of my external SD card.

Furthermore, EREADER-STORE.EU (the seller where I purchased the device which is still in EU warranty) seems to be insensitive to my repeated requests of assistance and has not answering to me so far
