Fixed Layout Epub questions
I have been dabbling in this for a while and was using a template to do fixed layout e pubs. With this everchanging field I now was asked to do a fixed layout e pub in Landscape only. Not TOC or text I would use just images but need to know the following.

Besides Apple what other readers can display fixed layout books?

Can I create a Fixed Layout in landscape WITHOUT the 2 page spread? In other words just have one image covering two pages without the pagination?

Last , I had an old template which I had found somewhere in the vast Apple links, it was an E Pub 3.0 sample that was called Sonnet 18.

Anyone know where I can find as I did a search for it but it does not come up.

My sole addition to the wiki content would be: of those available, only Amazon and iBooks allows self-publishing. Sony and B&N will not allow the upload of fixed-format content to self-publishers (B&N won't allow it through NookPress; you have to have a separate type of publishing contract with them, and Sony has no self-publishing portal). Oh, and Kobo, although I don't know factually that they allow the upload of FF content through their Kobobooks authors' portal.

In short, the platforms are very limited, although of course, Amazon's market share is huge, while Apple's is very, very small (for books).

Thanks for the updated information. I will add it but of course you could have done it yourself. The wiki is updatable by users which is the whole idea of a wiki.

I'm also looking for that Sonnet 18 sample. Can't find it anywhere. Anyone?
