Book detaisl in empty virtual library

I've set up a virtual library with the criteria date:today.

I've noticed that when I have a book selected in the 'All books' virtual library and then select the 'Date:Today' library and is there is no book in the the Date:Today library then the details pane retains the information from the book selected in the 'All books' library.
Should the details pane not be blanked when switching to an empty library?

This may be part of a (screen sync) regression that has been repaired for the next release

Thanks - I'll wait and see if Friday's update fixes it.

I've observed similar problems for a very long time when switching between viewing devices and library. I submitted a fix for it once, but the problem was back again in the next version.
