isbn in the main interface

1. how can i have isbn number in the details of each book ???

2. when i sort title column in ascending , it was not working (see hard copy attached)

My old eyes can't read that with the blue highlight on .
but guesses:
1)The books Language is not set (controls sort rules)
2)Title sort field is RED in the metadata editor. Use the Quality Check Plugin to discover Title and/or Author sort value problems
3)You don't really have a problem sort: It is being displayed in Library Sort order where 'articles' are not considered. There is a Preferences:Tweaks to control (#item #2) things like this (Language specific: affects item #1)


Other Question:
Identifiers only show in the Details pane (book icon at the bottom). ISBN is just one of the possible values stored. The alternative is to create a custom column and write a template to populate that with just ISBN10 or ISBN13

Your eyes are not old! They've been over-exerted trying to discern temporal anomalies to the visible light spectrum within this three dimensional plane. Once you resolve the issue of 4th dimensional perception, you will —of course— be able to respond appropriately.
