Rearranging words in the title
Sorry if this has been asked before, but I could not find it .....
I have a large library, and I have a lot of books that have the author in the title field and title in the author field. Switching them is no big deal, but before I do that, I want to fix the title. Basically, for some reason, the first word of the title is at the end, so Dog Day Afternoon is Day Afternoon Dog. I have a lot that end in The or A. I want to take the last word and move it to the front and get rid of the space at the end (or move it after the first word). Every attempt I have tried has gone wrong and I am tearing my hair out by the roots. Is there a simple regex formula that will save me from premature baldness? Thanks. |
