printing photo from epub

Hi, I have ebooks with some patterns and I need to preserve the resolution and document size, screenshot does not have a good quality that is why I discourage screenshot to use in printing. Is there a way that this can be printed out from the epub file. If yes, can anyone here teach me how to do it.

If you Unzip/decompress the .epub you should be able to find the image file in the files and folders that are created from unzipping the .epub file.
