File sizes are 0.0 when sending to paperwhite?
Having some trouble since I updated but I'm not sure what's going on.
I have a paperwhite, and when I send files via usb to calibre it shows up as being 0.0k in the device window, and the paperwhite won't load up correctly. It'll show the purchases through amazon that I haven't read yet, but when I start flipping through a few pages to get to later titles, it just hangs up. I dunno if there is a messed up book conversion in there, or what, but it just seemed really odd that it would upload a book and leave it showing 0.0 for the file size. Any ideas? Using the latest calibre release. Thanks in advance! |

This is "normal" calibre behavior. I've also seen this multiple times on my T1/T2. After disconnecting/reconnecting your device via usb it will then show the actual size of your newly added files. Don't worry, your files are there. You can confirm this outside calibre via the windows file explorer (assuming you use windows :-))
