Zinio resolution difficulty on mac

Hi

if anyone is using the Zinio Reader 4 on mac do you have the problem with poor resolution when trying to read a magazine onscreen?

I tried Zinio's customer service. They responded with thank you for your views, it helps us, and marked it solved.

I tried to print it in order to be able to read it, but the print button is unresponsive. This may be intentional. The magazine is Expert Android Vol 1.

I can enlarge the page so that it takes up the full width of the 21in monitor, but the "print" is fuzzy and indistinct and exhausting to read.

The same magazine appears sharp on my android phone, but I prefer to read on my monitor when at home.

Right, I've had this happen before. The only way to fix it is to pester them into rescanning the material. Which they have done for me, numerous times when the retina iPhone 4 came out. Just specify your monitor resolution, and I'm sure they'll consider.
