Kindle Collections plugin

I am interested in this plugin but I believe that it does not support Papaerwhite.
However, my interest is not in its collections capability (which I can get from Kindlean) but in its ability to modify settings, eg margins. I know the Paperwhite has some options but I believe the plugin was more flexible.
Is there any other way to achieve the same functions?
