Calibre and Dropbox

This post is referring to Catalogs. I have created one in book (awz3) form which contains a title, author and description of each book in my library. I would like to upload this catalog (book) to Dropbox so my daughter can access it. I uploaded the book, the name is "My Kindle Books," to Dropbox, but what I see is that name which is only 2.74mb. She tried to download it but her ipad, which has the Kindle app to read books, would not open it. I tried the same with my Kindle Fire and got the same result.

My question is .. how do I upload this book to Dropbox? I see in the Calibre Library, that it contains 3 files. A .jpg, which is the cover, a metadata.opf file and the title of the book with a calibre.awz3 extension.

Anyone know or can help? TIA and truly love the Calibre software! Superb and oh so helpful program.

@deannah I don't have Dropbox, but my expectation is that Dropbox appears as a folder in your computers file system, because that's what its competitors do. I have used Save to Disk to put files on Google Drive and Skydrive, I'd be surprised if that didn't also work for Dropbox.

Re the size, if you open the Edit Metadata dialogue - then in the Formats area you will see the size of the AZW3 file - if its 2.74MB there then that's how big it is.
