Calibre only sends first ebook by mail.

Hi,

Calibre on Linux only ever sends the first book over email for me. After the first one the job just takes forever.

If I restart Calibre in between sends it works as intended. Sending over the same account from my windows PC also works without problems.

Is this a known issue? Is there a workaround?

Thanks for any help,
woop

There is a delay (I believe it is 5 minutes by default) between sending each book. This is to avoid the email supplier thinking it is spam.

Hi,

Thanks for the info. Maybe my windows version is just older and doesnt have this delay then?
Is there a way to disable it? It's kind of annoying when you want to send 3 books and have to wait 10 minutes to do so.

There is a tweak... But don't blame us if you ISP or mail server shuts you down for 'SPAMMING' activity.

Why not go get a Coffee, read email, walk the Dog (or cat) while it grinds away?
