Problem with creating catalog

I'm currently on vacation, so I'm using my tablet to sort my books. I'm not sure if I'm having a problem because I'm using my tablet. However, when I went to create a catalog, it would not let me choose a format. If I tried to create the catalog anyway, it would give me this message:

I had just installed the latest version. I tried repairing caliber. Then I tried removing and installing caliber. I'm not sure if it could be because it had been a while since I updated caliber on my tablet.

Are there any suggestions?

Go to preferences->plugins and make sure the catalog plugins are enabled.

That was the problem. I think I might have disabled those plugins when I was using my tablet as a reader. I just didn't remember.
