Zoom setting for displaying an A4 page on 2 screen (landscape)

Hi !
I am looking for the best setting of zoom to read A4 pdf:
-when it is possible, i fit the zoom to the page and I use the "odd even Margin" fonction to reduce the marge.
-when it is too small with the first solution, i'd like to switch to landscape mode and display each page of my document on two screen (top of page, then bottom). Moreover, i'd like to switch between page without the pen, with the 2 button or the joystick.

Is there a way to obtain this behaviour ?

Also you can change the behavior of joystick by going to
Menu -> Tools -> Key Mapping
