Hello.
I have Calibre 0.9.36 (64 bit), but I don't know how to underline a paragraph in it!!
Somebody could help me, please?

Device: Kindle Oasis 2, iPad Pro 10.5", iPhone 6
Convert your book to ePub (if necessary). Use the "Tweak Book" (right click menu) in Calibre to "explode" the book to its source. Edit the HTML as appropriate. Rebuild the book.

Calibre is NOT an (EPUB) editor. It does have the ability to do generalized edits while doing conversions.

Harry T a given you a basic solution on how to handle a micro sized edit.

Sigil is a choice for a more general edit task

Yes, certainly it's possible. But Calibre is not an editor - you'll have to do the editing yourself.
