how to change default output format
When I first installed Calibre, I remember choosing a default output format, which I set as mobi. I can't find it now in Preferences. How can I change it?Thanks.

Preferences -> Behavior -> Preferred output format

It's be nice if the setting was mirrored under "Output Options"
